We have been in business since the early 1980's and have served thousands of satisfied customers. Starting business in Alaska, and working and traveling all over the last frontier, we have now moved to Washington. We do work in Oregon and Washinton.

We are affiliate members of the Tri-Cities Board of REALTORS, Columbia Basin Board of REALTORS and the Spokane Association of REATORS. We work in Oregon State, Umatilla and Morrow Counties, and Washington State, Benton, Franklin and Spokane Counties. We are VA and FHA approved in Washington and Oregon.

We specialize in single family residential appraisals. We also can preform upon request appraisals for rural properties, manufactured housing, townhouses and condominiums.
